What if I am not satisfied with my order?

How do I re-order?

Click on the “my jobs” tab at the top of the screen, then select the job you wish to re-order. Click the more info button and then choose reorder. This will add the job back into your shopping basket, ready for checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Click on the “my jobs” tab at the top of the screen, then select the job you wish to cancel. Click the more info button and then choose cancel. This is only possible if the printer has not yet started your job and the status is still showing as ORDERED.

What happens if I do not receive my order within 24 hours?

If delivery is not received within 24 hours a full refund will be issued. If the delivery has been attempted the refund will not apply.

What programmes can I supply artwork in?

Artwork submitted ready to print, should be submitted as a preflighted PDF file.

Any images or company logos uploaded into the system for use on templated artwork should be in Gif, Jpg or PNG format.

How do I convert my file to a site ready PDF file?

Download the Nima Print PDF Print driver, which will install and appear in the printers menu. Choose to print to it from any application, and it will convert your document into a PDF, ready to upload. *You must be a member of the site to submit this document.

What should I know about image resolution?

For the best result a minimum of 300dpi is required.

Can my design run off the paper edge?

Yes, this is known as ‘bleed’ – please allow 3mm as a minimum..

I need a different quantity to those displayed.

If you required a larger quantity please telephone or request a call to obtain a quotation.

What paper stocks do you use?

We use fully recycled Conqueror CX22 Diamond White and 50% recycled Revive Silk.
